Cancellation Policy
-
Appointments
must be cancelled by noon (12 PM) the business
day before your appointment or you will be responsible to pay the full
fee for the session.

If you do not
show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not
notified CFMHA at least by noon (12 PM) the day
before your appointment, you will be required to pay the full cost of
the session.
-
Insurances
cannot be billed for missed or late cancelation of appointments. This
fee must be paid before you can reschedule your appointment.
